He is licensed in the State of New York in the following cities: Binghamton, Johnson City, Endicott, Cortland, Ithaca, Oneonta, Vestal, Albany and Batavia. Nationally: State of Texas, Illinois, Ohio, Virginia, Georgia and Florida.

Rick has been a plumbing inspector for the Village of Johnson City and Chairman of the Plumbing Board.
